Given the nature of our work, which involves intellectual expertise, customized legal analysis, and case-specific advisory services, refunds are generally not applicable once a service has been initiated or completed. However, under certain conditions, a refund may be considered, subject to the terms agreed upon in the service contract between the client and our firm.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in specific cases, as determined by the type of service and the contractual agreement. Clients may request a refund under the following circumstances:

Services Not Yet Initiated

A full refund may be granted if the client cancels the service before any work has commenced, provided that the cancellation request is made within the timeframe specified in the service agreement. Administrative fees or transaction costs may be deducted.

Partial Work Completion

If the client requests cancellation after the service has commenced but before its completion, a partial refund may be considered. The amount refunded will be based on the proportion of work completed at the time of the request, minus any administrative costs incurred.

Service Unavailability

In the rare case that Aviaconsl is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen legal or operational constraints, a full or partial refund will be issued, depending on the extent of the work already completed.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If the service has been fully delivered, regardless of the client’s satisfaction with the outcome.

  • If the client fails to provide the necessary documents, information, or responses required for the completion of the service.

  • If the refund request is based on a change of mind after the service agreement has been executed.

  • If the cancellation is due to factors beyond our control, such as regulatory changes or external restrictions that do not originate from our firm.

  • If the refund request is submitted outside the time period specified in the service contract.

4. Refund Processing

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Aviaconsl via email or an official communication channel as specified in the service agreement. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to ten business days for completion. Any bank or transaction fees incurred during payment processing will be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Governing Terms

This refund policy is subject to the terms outlined in the official service agreement signed between the client and Aviaconsl. Any refund eligibility, timeframes, and conditions for cancellation are governed by the individual contractual terms of each service provided. Clients are encouraged to review their service agreements carefully before making any payments.

Aviaconsl reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will be deemed acceptance of the updated policy.
